Pre-Proposal Conference:
A NON-MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and walk-through has been scheduled for 12:30 pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 local time. It is recommended that attendance to the walk-through is done to understand the complexity of the project. The location of the conference will be at the Hoffman Construction office of St. Helens High School, 2375 Gable Road, St Helens, Oregon 97051. All Prime Bidders wishing to submit a bid are not required to attend this conference. Statements made by the District’s representatives at the conference are not binding upon the District unless confirmed in writing by Addendum.
