NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Subcontractor/Supplier Bids will be received INLINE Construction located at 18880 SW Shaw St., Aloha, OR 97078 for the South Hillsboro Fire Station 9 project until Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 @ 2:00pm.

2.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS.

Bidding documents for this project are by Rice Fergus Miller, dated 9/23/2024. Project Documents are available to view at INLINE Construction’s main office, Daily Journal of Commerce plan center, Plan Center Northwest, Salem Contractors Exchange and the Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs plan room. Subcontractors can purchase copies from Willamette Print and Blueprint by calling (503) 223-5011.

Bidders are required to examine and comply with all Division 0 specifications, Division 1 specifications, Appendices and Addendum documents and include any associated costs in their proposal.

PREVAILING WAGES

The prevailing wage rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon (State ORS 279.348 – 279.380), published by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, dated July 1st, 2024

4.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project.

5.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids shall be submitted directly to INLINE Construction no later than 2 PM on October 23rd, 2024. Bids may be submitted via email to Bill Judge at billj@inline-cc.com or bids@inline-cc.com. Bids will also be accepted in via mail or in person if received prior to the bid closing date and time.

6.

BID RESULTS

Subcontractor bid results will not be provided until at least 10 days after the bid closing date.

7.

REJECTION OF BIDS.

INLINE Construction and the City of Hillsboro. may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and may reject all bids if, in the judgment of the project team, it is in the best interest to do so.
