Mt. Hood Community College (“MHCC”) seeks responses from qualified bidders to provide remodel improvements to the space for the creation of the Advanced Manufacturing Training Stations. 

SEALED BIDS in an envelope clearly listing the vendor name and ITB title will be received until the BID CLOSING DATE AND TIME noted below at MHCC’s Business Office at:

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April 14th, 2025 at 2:00 PM PST at 26000 SE Stark Street, Gresham, Oregon, 97030 Room 1127 Please email or call to RSVP (See page 1 for more details). 

NOTE: If this is a Public Works project, all requirements applicable to Public Works projects apply to this project. In addition, MHCC has chosen to apply the requirements applicable to Public Improvement projects to this project whether or not it is a Public Improvement project. Therefore, throughout this ITB, wherever there is a reference to or requirement concerning Public Improvements, it will apply equally to this project. Therefore, if there is a provision stating a requirement for a Public Improvement project, MHCC is applying the same requirement to the project, whether or not otherwise required.
