NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms will be received by Bob Teters, Project Manager, of West Linn Wilsonville School District, at the District Operations Center, 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, until 2 p.m. local time, March 10, 2020, for the general construction of the West Linn High School Performing Arts Upgrades Project. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will be returned, unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract including General, and Electrical work for the West Linn High School Performing Arts Upgrades Project for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The work includes general, demolition, electrical lighting and lighting controls work. The estimate for the work is $320,000.00.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS

Bidding documents for the work are those prepared by the Engineer, PAE-Engineers, 522 SW 5th Ave., #1500, Portland Oregon, 97204 (503-226-2921). Bona fide General Bidders may obtain two (2) hard copy sets and a digital copy, after 2:00 p.m. 19 February, 2020, at Willamette Print and Blueprint; 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210; (503-223-5011) for the cost of shipping and handling.

Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, they may obtain them by paying the cost of the reproduction thereof, plus handling and mailing costs, with no refund for the additional sets or parts thereof.

Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents.
